Otwarta została rejestracja na warsztaty online w języku angielskim dotyczące nowych technologii w edukacji. Spotkania organizowane są w ramach Sojuszu 4EU+, a prowadzą je pracownicy UW. Warsztaty skierowane są do pracowników i doktorantów uczelni należących do Sojuszu 4EU+. Jedno ze spotkań poprowadzi dr Paulina Komar: środa 10 kwietnia 2024 r., g. 16–18, warsztaty „Regression analyses and agent based modeling in humanities and social science”. Opis warsztatów

In recent years, the integration of quantitative methods and computer simulations into humanistic research opened up a number of new possibilities in scholarly inquiry. Regression analyses and agent-based modeling, so far commonly used in science and natural science, are gradually complementing traditional humanistic and social science methodologies.
This workshop is dedicated for scholars seeking to expand their methodological toolkit and engage with quantitative approaches and computer simulations in their research endeavor. By demonstrating methodological principles, practical applications and interpretation of results of regression analyses and ABM it will encourage interdisciplinary collaboration in advancing knowledge across academic disciplines.

Registration for online workshops in English on new technologies in education is now open. The meetings are organized as part of the 4EU+ Alliance and led by UW employees. The workshops are addressed to employees and PhD students of universities belonging to the 4EU+ Alliance. One of the meetings will be led by PhD Paulina Komar: Wed. April 10, 2024, 4–6 PM, workshop „Regression analyses and agent based modeling in humanities and social science”. The number of places is limited. We cordially invite you to participate!
